“I came to The Hawthorns Eastbourne in late July 2019 and was made to feel welcome and part of the existing retirement community. The staff are, without exception, warm and friendly and helpful, and such has been the standard of care throughout the Covid-19 pandemic that we have been able to lead a fairly normal life.
The Hawthorns truly provides an excellent all-inclusive package. The food is delicious, indeed with wider-than-average choices. There are many and varied activities provided to every resident, free or with some financial support. The buildings are quiet and peaceful, with ample space for social intercourse.
