All of the beautifully appointed retirement apartments at The Hawthorns Braintree are available on a monthly rental basis. Our all-inclusive monthly charge includes all meals, activities, excursions, housekeeping, bills, free Wi-Fi and parking, and of course building and garden upkeep. With just one months’ notice there is flexibility all round, and there are no ongoing maintenance costs nor hidden exit fees – unlike many other retirement villages.
Residents at our Braintree retirement village lead independent, active lifestyles, free of the daily worries and hassles of modern life. We are a friendly, companionable retirement community of like-minded seniors; we dine together, we have fun together, and when we are not doing this, chances are we are relaxing in the privacy of our own apartments. We truly are a retirement home from home.
Our Rented Retirement Apartments in Essex
At our retirement village in Essex, we offer a choice of studio, one or two-bedroom luxury apartments. Some apartments have balconies and patios, but all are modern, light, airy and decorated to a high standard. Each has a kitchenette and shower room and comes fully fitted with carpets and curtains, although you may bring your own if you prefer. The apartments are for you to furnish in your own way.
All apartments have TVs, telephones and internet points, instant hot water, temperature control on the central heating and, since there is an integrated alarm system and a supportive manager on call 24-hours a day, there’s no need for any concerns about safety and security.
