Five-Star Hygiene Rating for Hawthorns Eastbourne
The Hawthorns Eastbourne is pleased to share that they have received a five-star rating in a recent routine Environmental Health Inspection conducted by the Food Standards Agency.
A food safety officer from the local authority inspected to ensure food hygiene laws continue to be followed. The outcome was a resounding yes, and the retirement community was presented with the maximum five-star rating.
General Manager, Anne-Marie Maynard, was delighted with the report’s outcome and stated: ‘’The team demonstrate an exceptional level of expertise and care with their food hygiene processes and policies, and set themselves a very high standard and so this rating is very well-deserved. I am very proud of them”.
