We are delighted to announce The Hawthorns in Braintree are finalists for the category of Excellent Customer Focus at the Countywide Essex Business Awards for 2018!
The Essex Business Awards are a celebration of the very best business successes in the area. Established for 20 years, the awards recognise the efforts of local companies that have dedicated themselves to achieving and delivering excellence.
We have an incredible team at The Hawthorns, which is reflected in the thank you notices and testimonials received by our residents and their families on a regular basis. We are very fortunate to have a wonderful community which includes staff and residents, all of whom have a great relationship. Our staff go the extra mile for our residents, something which is very important to us and also, we pride ourselves in.
We are one of four finalists and are looking forward to attending the award ceremony being held on 26th October with the hope of coming back as a winner; something we can all be very proud of.
