The Hawthorns Braintree was delighted to host its Autumn Dinner Dance at the end of October, welcoming residents, families, and special guest Justin Wrench, Chairman of Braintree District Council, for an evening of music and celebration.
Every quarter, as well as New Year’s Eve, the Hawthorns Braintree hosts a Dinner Dance, giving residents the chance to dress up, enjoy fine dining, and experience a fabulous evening without leaving the comfort of their home. This autumn’s event began with a sparkling prosecco reception, followed by a six-course meal prepared by the talented in-house chef.
Entertainment was provided by the much-loved local band Escada, who filled the room with lively music and packed the dance floor by the end of the night. The atmosphere was joyful, with residents and guests singing along and dancing together.
Margaret Joiner, Hawthorns Braintree resident, shared her thoughts on the evening, “The event was a great success! The drinks and nibbles were excellent, as was the whole meal. The Chef prepared a wonderful menu, and the servers were professional and helpful. The wine flowed, and the meal finished with coffee and tasty petit fours. The music group entertained us with songs that we knew, and the dancers took to the floor. All in all, it was a very special and enjoyable event for all. Thanks to the excellent staff at the Hawthorns Braintree.”
The Hawthorns Braintree is proud to continue its tradition of hosting these quarterly Dinner Dances, which bring residents together for memorable evenings filled with laughter, music, and community spirit.
