One standout member of our team is Grant Burton, our Head Chef. Grant is passionate about preparing delicious, nutritious, and beautifully presented meals for residents. His dedication has earned him prestigious accolades, including ‘Veggie Care Chef of the Year’ from Vegetarian for Life and Hospitality Champion from Avery Healthcare. Leading our Kitchen and Restaurant teams, Grant ensures the smooth operation of all food and beverage services.
Reflecting on his decade at the Hawthorns, Grant shared:
“It’s been a pleasure to work here for the past 10 years; creating fresh, enjoyable meals and being part of a fantastic community. I’ve been fortunate to work alongside a great team – without them, I couldn’t do what I do.”
