The Hawthorns Eastbourne Retain Prestigious Hospitality Assured Accreditation
Following a recent assessment, General Manager Anne-Marie Maynard at the Hawthorns in Eastbourne is delighted to share that they have retained their Hospitality Assured Accreditation.
The report stated it was a pleasure to visit Eastbourne and ‘’observe the passion and attention to detail that makes everyday life as comfortable, stimulating and enjoyable as possible for every resident’’, with ‘Residents First’ at the heart of their ethos. Team members enjoy coming to work, and residents enjoy life at Eastbourne.” The report stated that “the Well-being Co-ordinator brings a great deal of enthusiasm, introducing a variety of activities and events.’’ In addition, the Culinary Team offers a ‘’wide choice of freshly prepared food served by a friendly team of colleagues.’’
Furthermore, the report recognised the effort and devotion shown by the team, who remain committed to the residents in an ever-shifting environment. Anne-Marie stated: ‘’I am incredibly proud of the team, who all made this achievement possible. We are committed to ensuring we continue to meet the needs of the residents, who remain at the heart of all we do.’’
