Hawthorns Braintree Retains Prestigious Hospitality Assured Accreditation

Following their recent assessment, General Managers Paul and Sandra Tripney at the Hawthorns in Braintree are delighted to share that they have retained their Hospitality Assured accreditation, a commendable achievement given challenging circumstances over the past 24 months.

The report stated that it was a pleasure to visit the site and observe the “passion and attention to detail that makes everyday life as comfortable, stimulating and enjoyable as possible for every resident”. The report also praised the well-being team, who put on an “exceptionally wide, thoughtful and fun range of activities”. The facilities were described as “immaculately clean”, with the kitchen team offering “a wide choice of freshly prepared and well-presented food”.

Paul stated: ‘’The team are thrilled to have retained our accreditation with Hospitality Assured.  The standard and self-assessment provide the perfect framework for achieving excellence in customer service and align with our aims of putting residents first and continually improving our services. The team have collectively worked incredibly hard to overcome the many unforeseen challenges presented by the pandemic. We are immensely proud and look forward to working together in providing the very best for our residents’’.
