Your Retirement Apartment
You can choose between a large studio, one-bedroom or two-bedroom apartment, many with a balcony or patio. All are spacious and no two are exactly alike. Your apartment will be freshly decorated for you with fitted carpets and curtains and we can also provide you with a bed if required.
All apartments offer good size built-in or walk-in wardrobes. There is also a tea making area in your apartment with a sink and fridge. All apartments have private bathroom facilities with a shower and you have your own heating controls - just add your own furniture and effects to make it home. Every week your apartment is cleaned by our housekeeping staff and there is a laundry service for linen and towels which are replaced each week. All linen is provided.
Whatever the size of your apartment you also have access to all the elegantly appointed communal areas, including the library, coffee lounge, activity and games room and, of course, the beautiful landscaped grounds.
Please remember this is all included in your affordable monthly rent.
Your Retirement Bungalow
We are currently building a new retirement Hamlet in Eastbourne close by to The Hawthorns and consisting of 10 two bedroom bungalows and 4 two bedroom Maisonettes which will be know at The Gardens.
Your Retirement Maisonette
Construction has begun for 4 retirement maisonettes and 10 retirement bungalows in Eastbourne neighbouring The Hawthorns main facility, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and landscaped gardens, this new retirement Hamlet will be known as The Gardens.
