When you move into The Hawthorns there are no associated charges as with a property purchase. This means that your capital is not tied up. Your apartment is rented on a monthly lease, with everything listed below included in this one charge. And should you ever wish to move out, you just give us 30 days notice - simple, low risk, and hassle free.
*At The Gardens in Eastbourne, the new Hamlet of fully services retirement bungalows and maisonettes, the all-inclusive rental does not include meals but residents can opt into having meals at The Hawthorns for a nominal charge.
The licence agreement requires residents to give only 30 days notice, should they decide to move. Residents make The Hawthorns and The Gardens their permanent home but are not tied into costly agreements or long notice periods. The all-inclusive rental payment is based on the size of the apartment.
