The Hawthorns Eastbourne has now acquired a corporate membership to The Grand Hotel Health Club.
The residents have access to the club’s facilities and classes as well as exclusive discounts for the hotel’s other services including Beauty and Hair Treatment, food and beverage from the Health Club Menu, bedroom accommodation and dinner in the Garden Restaurant.
The membership beautifully complements the dynamic retirement lifestyle provided by the Hawthorns and ensures that all residents are as active as they want to be. It allows at any time up to 5 residents to make the most of an outing to the Grand Hotel. In addition to a personal programme designed by a trainer specifically for them they can also enjoy a Yoga class, some aqua aerobics or any of other classes available (there may be a charge for some of these). For those that would rather stay off the treadmill for a day the hotel’s sauna, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam room and snooker tables provide the perfect opportunity for relaxation.
And that isn’t all, as all members of the club are invited to any social evenings like their traditional Christmas Party or one of the Summer BBQs.
