It is a very safe and secure place for people to spend their retirement years. In the communal rooms there is live entertainment or some other form of activity every single day. You also have access to three beatiful meals everyday as well as getting to know some of the other residents who we are sure you will get to know and love and become good friends with and perhaps even take up regular activities and trips with outside of the retirement complex life.
At the Hawthorns it is very easy for the redidents to make new friends and keep the independence that they hold so dearly but still have help at hand should they ever need it. There is a total of more than fifty individual members of staff at the retirement property who ensure that your life is as active and as fun as it can be.
The rental properties themselves are all individual units which are accessed through corridors with wide hallways which is useful for people who are in wheelchairs. The property offers you access to our library and if there aren't books in there that you wantwhy not make a request to the librarian and they will check at other locations for you.
Other benefits include access to the onsite chapel there is a gym where you can keep active by yourself in a group or have a trainer give you some one to one advice on a good routine for you to follow there is a hair and beauty salon as well as games rooms with snooker tables so we cater for everyone. The amount of money we charge for the rental helps us to caover all the costs incurred by the rental property and its associated services.
