At Hawthorns we offer an affordable retirement facility with several options available for accommodation. We have a couple of developments available for residents to move into and they are both located by the sea and have wonderful views. The developments are surrounded by gardens which are tended by gardeners using monies raised from the service charges.
At our retirement facility we offer suites which can be used by any visiting guests so that the residents can have guests whilst still being able to keep their own privacy.
The apartments available at our facility have been designed with retired persons in mind and they are of a generous size with fitted carpets as well as wardrobes and kitchens with facilities for providing your own entertainment when having guests over.
The system for the letting of our properties is very simple we take a monthly payment once every calendar month we feel this allows our residents to have more freedom as they can travel more without the worry of having to pay for the facility that they are not using, instead they can spend it on having luxury meals out whilst travelling. Another benefit being that if they travel to one of the countries that contains retirement facilities that are under the same scheme as ourselves then you can stay in one of the rooms there for the duration of your holiday for no extra cost.
We are able to provide washing facilities and supply our residents with towels and bedding. With our apartments you will also have the choice of having a balcony or patio leading onto the garden a very popular choice. You are located very close to the sea and you get to see some wonderful sites particularly at sunset and sunrise.
