Goldie Tripney, Hawthorns Facility Manager will present the Cheque for £5,744.40 to John Powell treasurer of the League of Friends of Clevedon Hospital. She says:

“We are hoping that the hospital will still be able to keep going in light of the new hospital not being built. Our residents are keen supporters of Clevedon Cottage Hospital and decided that some of our events over the last year were used to raise much needed money to keep the existing hospital going.”
