Our retirement developments offer independent living with the benefit of having aid at hand should you ever need it. We currently have two developments to offer, they are in Clevedon and in Eastbourne as well. These properties are managed efficiently and professionally by the Peverel Group. This is a collection of companies whose sercices are all property related and have joined forces to provide the most comprehensive services available.
The independent living facilities available at our developments include our communal areas which have been designed to be used by both the residents of the property as well as visiting guests. There are seperate coffee lounges which are a great place for a coffee with friends in the morning or evening to discuss events that you would like to visit or perhaps to just sit and relax whilst reading the morning papers.
As you will be living independently you will no doubt like to go on trips around the country so you best get to enjoy the free time that you have, well rather than paying for expensive coaches we have a luxury coach available for the guests, just get the group together choose the destination and off we go and the driver can arrange to meet at a certain time in the evening or a couple fo days later if it is a weekend break.
This is far from the overall benefits one would expect when living in accommodation at the Hawthorns. Being a member of the Hawthorns gives you access to other properties that are part of the holiday retirement development here at home in Britain or in America and Canada for no cost whatsoever, so if you are taking a holiday in America you can book your flights knowing that cost of the accommodation is going to cost you nothing.
