The key criteria are:

• Site size to be 2 to 3 acres
• Initially in or around the M25 and/or South Coast
• Affluent, built-up areas with good communication links
• Close proximity to shops is not important, but community social amenities must be reasonably accessible
• Target sites may include Hotel, Nursing Home, Public Service Building (such as schools) etc.

We offer a generous introduction fee (a minimum of £5,000) for anyone who supplies details of land that we go on to acquire (confidentiality guaranteed).
