The design of our buildings has been created to reflect the traditional style of the architecture for each of the surrounding areas. The design exhibits all that you would expect to find in a 5 star, hotel-style environment, even down to the large atrium at the entrance reaching all the way to the top floor roof and letting the daylight stream in, creating a “wow” factor as you enter the building.
All our facilities have lifts; wide, spacious corridors; a range of rooms for various activities; easy to use switches and plugs in all the apartments and all furnishings throughout the building reflect the high quality our residents expect. All doors, corridors and entrances are wheel chair friendly.
There are plenty of areas are to be found within the building where seating is available creating additional social areas.
All our facilities are well provided with plenty car parking spaces, although many of our residents are well provided for transport with the private mini bus for all their shopping trips and social time away.
At all of our facilities we have beautiful landscaped gardens for our residents to enjoy. Tended and looked after by our gardeners, many have putting greens, or croquet lawns with areas to sit and admire the view. There are patios for barbeques, gazebos and fountains plus wide, level pathways so that you can enjoy a walk in the grounds.
